At Scaevo, all sales are final. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at scaevo@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
